About
Anitza is interested in gender within the Information Computer Technology industry, specifically within the multimedia and games sectors. In her previous Masters she looked at digital storytelling from a gendered perspective. She has been a teacher in multimedia in the vocational education sector for the past seven years.

Current Research
Anitza is currently working on her Research Masters. Her research investigates factors that influence low levels of participation (attraction and retention) by women in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry: specifically the Digital Content Industry sectors of games and multimedia.
